The 2nd room upstairs measures 10 x 11 feet with an 8 foot wide closet
All utilities included except for power and internet. There is no central A/C, but there will be window A/C units provided for every bedroom, as well as the living room.

5-minute drive to Sloan’s lake, King Soopers, Target, Edgewater market. 10-minute drive to downtown Denver
Parking – there is parking 10 yards across the grassy area in front of the unit. The current tenants park there and have had no trouble. 1 parking spot is available on-site for a $25 fee
