Aldie Street

Hi! I have a room in my 2 bed opening up that I am trying to fill for the summer (May - August 1). It is a beautiful sunny gem of a spot in lower Allston, with laundry in the basement, big living room/kitchen space, and the smell of donuts from across the street everyday at about 7 am :). This is the front room with 4 windows, and on the first floor. Utilities are not included in this price, however I am open to a flexible rent rate if it is a right fit - this bedroom does not have a closet. (But there is a hallway closet.) The space can be cleared of all items (unless it is helpful to have the futon/desk/shelf in there).

I am the only other person living in this apartment. I work as an art handler full time and at a bar a couple of nights a week. I like to play music in the space, though not at unhinged hours. In the summer I like to hang out on the porch, which would be right outside of your bedroom. Additionally, I may not be spending much time here this summer as I am working on a project renovating a space in charlestown/somerville that I’ll be moving into in August.
