About the room
Private bedroom & private bathroom in a very nice, gated community! I just moved into the apartment in the beginning of May, so everything is freshly cleaned and painted. 3 minutes away from a Publix, 12 minutes from both downtown Roswell and Perimeter Center in Sandy Springs. I’ve lived in this area for about 3-4 years and I love it. It’s very safe and convenient with lots of families around.
I have basically all kitchen appliances (toaster, toaster oven, blender, air fryer, Keurig), and the living room is now furnished. I just need to mount the TV lol. Washer & dryer are included in the unit.

About the roomies
Hey! :) I’m a 25 year old student at GSU. I’d be the only other roommate besides my super sweet cat, Sumi. I like art, gaming, music, reading, biking, and just hanging out. I’m clean, laid back, and I keep to myself for the most part, but I’m definitely open to becoming friends, too! I don’t mind occasional guests and I’m not looking for absolute silence in the apartment, just generally respectful.
