Rebecca Stout's room

4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. With a fenced in side yard. The shed is not for use by tenants. Property owner is a nice guy. He wants each person to fill out an application and get approved. Open concept living room and kitchen upstairs with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor and a large entertainment room in the finished basement with the second 2 rooms and the second bathroom in the basement. I will be getting the keys May 1 and begin my moving process then.

Right now it is just me. I have 3 dogs and a cat. I am a quiet person. I work a lot and not home much. Also a student so when I am home I am studying. I am usually in bed early. I like to keep the environment clean but also not a clean freak either. I am a fair and laid back person.
