This beautiful home is right on the foothills in Loveland, CO about 10 minutes from Downtown Loveland.
- You would get the full finished basement to yourself
- Basement is a super cozy and private space with a bedroom, walk in closet, living room and full bathroom. It’s kind of like a studio apartment! The basement is almost 800sf
- Great parking
- Very peaceful neighborhood
- Very friendly neighbors
- Our yard has a grape vine for us all to enjoy fresh grapes!
- We will cover the wifi costs. We have great internet connection.
- We are very cost conscious/energy efficient. We do our best to save energy/lower our bills by watching how much water we use and keeping unused lights off.

There’s the basement, the 1st floor then the 2nd floor of the house. The 1st floor has a half bath, full kitchen and spacious living room and entry way. There is a washer and dryer that would be shared.
Myself, my boyfriend and my son would be using the entire 2nd floor of the house. We will honestly spend most of our time up there :)

Lastly, we’re pretty tidy, so we hope you’re down to keep the common areas neat and clean. No cigarettes, but you’re welcome to vape (nicotine or weed), just not by our little dude.
