Very simple two bed one bath apartment on the bottom floor with a nice little fenced in back yard. The opening room will be the larger of the two. It is carpeted with plenty of closet space. Listed rent is the half any new roommate will need to cover. I handle utilities (electric) directly while I would hope you could handle the internet provider cost (only spectrum). Besides that, pets are allowed with approval and the pet rent is already calculated into the current rent so it may be cheaper if you don’t have any pets coming in. Plenty of parking spaces around, but car ports are a very cheap additional cost to rent which is also already factored into the current listed price due to leaving roommate taking their car.

I am the sole roommate staying while the other one is leaving with her dog. Generally quiet, tidy, and try not to make too much of a presence when I am home. I work quite a bit as I do 12 hour shifts and pick up a good amount of overtime, so my presence will be limited to begin with. When I am home, I read, play video games, and otherwise tend to stick to myself though I am very open to being sociable, as I would want you to be as comfortable as possible.
