Highly convenient location, situated near the highway 101 and 202, Cub stadium, hospitals, gym, grocery stores, Tempe Market Place, and Asian District (comprises more than 70 Asian-themed restaurants, grocery stores, and other service and retail businesses along a two-mile stretch on Dobson Rd and Main St)

-NO smoking or party inside the house. Vaping is ok.
