Two rooms will be available for rent - a medium-sized room for $1575 per month and a small room for $1025 per month. Our apartment is just two blocks from Haight Street, where you’ll find various shops, restaurants, and cafes. And if you want to enjoy the great outdoors, Golden Gate Park is just a few blocks away! Blocks from Whole Foods and Gus’s Market. High ceilings and hardwood floors.

Common areas are fully furnished:

• Large kitchen, with dishwasher
• Comfy living room with 2 couches, dining table, TV, bay windows, & park view
• 4 bedrooms total
• 1.5 bath - 1 full bathroom & 1 solo toilet
• Laundry in the building
• Basement storage unit with plenty of space and bike parking

Ideal housemates are in their mid-20s - early 30s, help keep the common area clean and contribute to our friendly, peaceful household. You must have a minimum credit score of 700 and a gross income three times the rent (Landlord’s criteria and he is not budging). We take great pride in providing our housemates a safe and comfortable living environment. We already have a cat and cannot accommodate more pets.

In my spare time, I like to cook, dance, chill in my room, and watch TV shows, but I’m always down to hang out or chat.
