3 bedroom 2 bath home. Shared common space (kitchen, living room). House has 2 bathrooms I use the one in the master bedroom. The other one would be yours. Laundry room access off of this bathroom. All utilities included. Great Lake Stevens area close to Haggens, Bartells & shopping center.

I’m a 55+ business manager. Like things fairly quiet and prefer the same in a roomie. I typically go to sleep by 10. I consider myself tidy and would expect the same. No drama please.
