The bedroom needed to rent out in a single family house located at 127th st & I35 high way. all use of common spaces (kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, wi-fi). Cost is $650 per month, $650 deposit. I am covering cost of all utilities so they are included (water, gas, trash, internet, cable, electric). Parking is off-street.

Adult working professionals, cleaning, No drugs, no smoke or alcohol issues, and no pet, no party, no dramas .
