Julian's room

Large town house with gated access, the room is down stairs, complete with its own private bathroom. Washer and dryer in the unit. My room, kitchen and living area is up stairs along with the balcony. The amenities here are awesome, full pool and jacuzzi, movie theater, business rooms with fax and computers, and cabanas and grills. Good vibes and clean community right off of the 71 fwy local to just about everything. Perfect for traveling nurse, professional or college student.

I’m 33 I keep to myself. I work 6 days a week most weeks, I will not be home most of the time. I’m a clean person, I love to cook so there will always be food in the house. Very clean when it comes to kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. Prefer a college student, professional or traveling nurse however I am flexible.
