Kate's room

This is an adorable two story townhouse style apartment located in a fourplex. It has two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All appliances are new including in-unit washer and dryer. The bathtub is a 6-ft tub and all countertops are quartz. There is a full crawlspace, pantry space and bedroom closet has built in storage. The space has designated parking and a shared backyard with our very kind neighbors.

My roommate is moving out in the end of July and I am looking for someone to take over her space. I am clean, quiet and rarely have people over. I work full time as well as focused on school so I tend to keep to myself. The building is a fourplex and all of the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.
