About the room
Clean and comfortable! I have cable TV, Internet, comfortable furniture. Most of the house is carpeted, nice clean kitchen. The bathroom is a little small but we can make do. The yard is is a nice size. I’m close to 80 and I am also close to all of the restaurants the major ones.
About the roomies
I have tenants that live in the basement in a separate suite. The allows us to use the washer and dryer whenever we need to just be respectful and decent. Our communication is the key with them. Everyone is pretty decent to be around. We respect each other’s wishes and we’re honest with one another if we have a problem, we discuss it and iron it out pretty simple. We all must get along.
