My husband and I own a beautiful 4 bedroom home in Holland Heights (near Country club and 8th street) that we have loved sharing for the past 7 years. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and considerate. We are almost at capacity according to zoning, so we can only accept one person.

We are renting out the master suite. It’s a very large bedroom, about 18’ x 16’, with two closets. It’s fully furnished including a 55“ 4K TV. You would have your own private attached full bathroom (10.5’ x 8’, toilet, two sinks, bath/shower).

The kitchen is shared, but you will have the whole refrigerator to yourself and plenty of pantry space.

We have a whole house water filter and very fast internet.

First we have Leopoldo who goes by “Polo” for short. He is super easy to chat with, this is the best guy to take out for a beer. He is in his early 40’s and has a couple of teenagers. He’s a great cook, and loves to play golf. Next is Patrick. He has a fierce love and sense of protection for the LGBT community. He works in IT, loves video games and anime, and he’s mid twenties. Finally is David. He’s also a great cook, loves sport’s especially basketball. Works at gentex. Real kind and generous guy, he would give you the shirt off of his back.
