2 bedroom 2 bath apartment — Bedroom with walk in closet and own bathroom right outside the bedroom.

It’s a dog friendly area with an on-site dog park and lots of greens here with a quarter-mile walking trail inside the u-shape building. There’s plenty of open parking spaces — first come, first serve and no extra charge for the undercover open parking

It’s right off of US-183 and only 1.5-3 miles from the H‑E‑B, Trader Joe’s, Costco, and the Gateway shopping center.

I currently share this 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with my lovely roommate, but I unfortunately have to move out due to unforeseen circumstances. I’m looking for someone to replace me and take my bedroom, which includes your own bathroom and walk closet. It’s available now. The current lease ends mid-February 2024 but my roommate is interested in renewing the lease.

A little bit about my roommate: She’s not home much because she travels for work & personal. She’s very considerate of her roomies, clean up her dishes after every meal and keeps the common area clean. She is very sweet — shares leftovers & offer whenever she’s ordering in. She doesn’t have many guests just occasional visits from her bf or a friend when they visit, but she’ll always let you know before hand when someone is visiting. She’s very respectful of your space and a great person to be around!

I’m hoping to find someone who’s a great fit that can share this apartment with my roommate and replace me on the lease.
