I rent out a very charming, recently restored three-story historic Victorian house with a porch in Orchard Knob. It is a great location for UTC students, health workers, and professionals as it is 2 miles from Downtown Chattanooga! 3-5 minutes from UTC University and Erlanger and Parkridge medical centers. The upper floors have views of Lookout, Elder, and Signal Mountains. All of the homes on this block have been historically renovated and is a beautiful area to live. The room is fully furnished (although you can opt to bring your own things) and the communal kitchen has everything you need.

There are two rooms available with a shared bath (for two people), which rent for $600. The common spaces include a living room, kitchen, and utility room with the following: ● LG refrigerator. ● Induction cooktop. ● Dishwasher. ● Samsung front-loading washer and dryer. ● Hardwood floors and granite countertops throughout. ● Super-fast Fiber Optics Internet and all utilities included (Internet, Electric, Gas, & Water). All utilities are included!

The house has a yard and ample parking. Quiet neighbourhood with great housemates and neighbours. Nonsmoking. Also, the lease period is through the end of August (with the option to renew) so you can try it out or enjoy a shorter-term rental for the same price.

Basic Rules: No overnight guests of the opposite sex, who are not family members. First month’s rent, plus a refundable security deposit equal to 1 month’s rent required to move in.

Roommates vary in age and are currently all male. The house is not a party house and is well-equipped for graduate students, professionals, and medical workers that need a quiet place to work. We currently have two professionals and one student. There are three floors which will be occupied by a total of 5 tenants.
