My roommate moved out of our 2BR apartment. Looking for someone to start a new 1 year lease for may 1.
We are renting the first floor of a house on the corner of Cold Spring rd and Washington blvd (close to downtown Stamford and bulls head).
-Backyard -Full kitchen -Storage closets -In unit laudry -Living Room/Dining Room -Driveway (fits 4 cars)
Bedroom pictured is what’s available. Includes big closet with mirrored sliding doors. Also it’s own storage closet in the corner of the room.
Rent is 2050 total so we’d split it at 1025 each.
