Pri's room

Signed up a lease, looking for a clean roommate to share the apartment. The landscaping is very beautiful and has nice view from the window. The apartment has lot of storage and wardrobe space. Bathroom is shared I am looking for a responsible and clean/cooperative roommate.

I am a working professional and work from home. It would be better if we have someone with busy times so that our schedules do not clash. I am comfortable keeping pets but want the parent to be responsible.
