2 bedroom 2 bath with a small screened in back porch. Available is the smaller of the two rooms with full house access with washer and dryer available, also some limited garage storage. House has 2 cats that are very friendly. Location is 5 minutes to US-1 and less then 15 minutes to the main area of Palm Coast and I-95. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house and no drugs at all. Seeking a non-drinker and would prefer a non-smoker.

I am a 50 year old male, non-smoker, non-drinker and no drug use who works from home so some quiet time will need to be observed. When not working I am still recovering from a stroke in 2021 but I can take care of myself.
