I’ve lived in this building for two years now and love it! The Ukrainian Village area is very quiet and safe, but walking distance to great local restaurants. Only about a 10 minutes drive from downtown and very centrally located. The apartment has a very spacious kitchen, built in desk, beautiful green tile bathroom, in unit laundry, AC, and a dishwasher!

I love books, plants, and animals! I’m 25 and work for a book publisher, a mostly remote job and do a little pet sitting on the side. I have two very playful and curious cats (just a note that the unit can’t have more than 2 pets) so looking for a roommate who loves cats, too! I’m pretty quiet—I do a lot of reading—but would like a roommate who is looking to be friends and wouldn’t mind watching movies or grabbing dinner together. I have a long distance boyfriend who visits here ~1 a month, and me vice versa.
