Lydia's room

Private room plus bathroom and balcony with shared common spaces. Currently with a table and chairs, tv, dresser, and twin bed. Can remove the furniture if you have your own. The floors sometimes creak, and of course the apartment has neighbors that we hear above us walking sometimes. There is a private door and your own balcony with storage space closet as well.

I work during the days and have a senior dog. I love to make coffee and bake, so I’m in the kitchen a lot. I keep to myself mostly and am considerate of other’s spaces. My dog is having surgery soon so I figured I’d rent out my extra space to help pay for her expenses. Possibility a discounted rent if you’re willing to help with her and around the house.
