Third floor apartment with 3 bedrooms. Rent listed is half total ($1450) so could be cheaper with a third person. Landlords are super nice and understanding. They do expect an application filled out and to be added to the lease. I do have 2 cats so more animals will be at their discretion.

I am the nerdiest person ever. I pretty much just work and play games. I work in the cannabis industry and do consume it. I don’t drink and would honestly prefer to find someone who at least doesn’t drink much.
