Lovely little house all new floors,and appliances, no carpet. Big yard no neighbors on either side or behind. Driveway with garage. Full size washer/dryer. Backyard fenced in with big patio. Thére are 3 cats dog friendly to cats welcome. Cat welcome …lots of flowers and fish pond. 7 minutes to UK.

I am older retired adjunct studio arts professor. Still creating, artist don’t retire we just charge more!! I lost my voice box from radiation damage but we will communicate just fine.
