Looking to resign at my current residence! It’s a beautiful large three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. Looking to rent both upstairs bedrooms that share a bathroom. They’re both large bedrooms that comfortably fit a queen sized bed with quite a bit of extra room (photo with queen mattress on the floor for size reference). There’s also a loft upstairs that makes for a fantastic semi-private living room since I never go upstairs. The house has a three car garage, and a large backyard. Solar panels on the roof so electric is typically under $200 even keeping the house cool. I rent direct from owner and they’re really amazing. They do require a clear background check to be approved. Pets are allowed upon approval as well. Possibly willing to take on more of the rent myself to accommodate for the right person/people 😊 (The last photo is the loft. Lookout mountain is right in the neighborhood if you love hiking!

Just me living in the house currently! I work evenings in a fine dining restaurant. Go to the gym most nights after work and I do my cooking late at night. Pretty quiet, keep to myself and laid back. I like keeping things tidy for the most part but definitely not a neat freak. Not a huge drinker anymore but that’s just personal preference and don’t mind if others do. I love music and the outdoors and use my days off to go hiking or mountain biking
