Rigel Street

This is a 4 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood next to multiple schools. My husband and I have a few children so you would have to be ok with that. The lease is very flexible from month to month to a 9 month lease. The house is about 2000sq ft so there is plenty of room including the backyard. The kitchen space is generous enough for another person and welcome to use our cooking vessels. We are asking for a quiet(ish) person, may have children, who has a reliable job. The room comes with a ceiling fan and the bathroom would be private except my 4yr old uses it to potty otherwise it would be private. A small storage space is also available if needed.
