Northwood apartments in Irvine, double master. Available July 20th. Lots of amenities on property and close to markets and restaurants. Quiet area, I’ve had no issues in the 2 years I’ve lived here. The rent is a guesstimate based on the current rate and expected renewal increase, it may be a bit less. Main areas are furnished, but you’ll be responsible for your own room.

27F, I work from home M-F, but have hobbies that keep me out of the house in the afternoons and evenings usually. I also travel fairly often. I cook very lightly and am always very respectful of personal space and boundaries. I’m friendly I promise, but I’ll definitely keep to myself if that’s the energy I’m picking up on :)
