A 3 bed 2 bath apartment in jersey city heights. The room is unfurnished and has shared bathroom. The apartment has in unit laundry, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge. The utilities will be somewhere around 60-70 each which includes electricity, gas and internet. We expect the new roommate to keep the place clean.
About the roomies
We are 2 girls in our twenties. We are friendly and keep the place very clean. We take turns to clean the living and kitchen area and throw trash. We have friends who come and chill at our place at times and at times sleepovers too. In our free time we go out shopping or watch a movie and gossip.
