About the room
Hey everyone, I’m looking to sublease my room for this summer (June 3rd - August 31st). It’s an ideal spot right behind University Village and a 3 minute bus ride to UW Seattle Campus. The house has 5 other students, including some UW athletes. You really can’t ask for a better deal.
The room itself will not be furnished as I will be moving out. Here are some more details:
- $675 a month for Rent
- (~$150) every 2 months for utilities + $20 monthly for fast Wifi -free street parking and space in the back
- Includes full-free Laundry access
- 2 stories with 2 bathrooms, 6 rooms total, fully furnished kitchen and a large backyard
- AC included for the summer heat 😎
- The house is owned by one landlord and he is the best landlord I’ve ever had and arguably what made this house so great.
The current lease ends August 31st. After that, you can either move out or potentially sign a year lease if that’s something you would want to do.

I am currently a UW Senior graduating this Spring and I am looking to move out and lease my room. The other 5 roommates are students as well, 3 of them being UW Athletes if you follow UW sports!
