Its a empty room im not using it for anything i got my own 1 kitchen 1 bathroom 1 living room and a balcony The room has a closet And 4 electircal outlets

I work almost all day so i wont be seen as much Quiet but might put on some music I like to keep everything clean and tidy Smoking is allowed in the kitchen because the house has carpets that might get burnt I just moved in so i dont have alot of furniture Bathroom must stay clean no matter what this goes both ways You will have the house for yourself most of the day im only there to sleep The appartment is in a decent compound its always quiet and it has a lake view so the ducks might get a little noisy in the afternoon There is a pool table and a gym that you will have access to plus a club house to enjoy The swimming pool is almost open so you will have access to that too For your laundry there is a laundry room downstairs you can use
