Hi! I’m a 29 year old, hardworking small business owner. I’m looking for a working professional or someone in the military to share rent with! I work a lot, and when I’m home I mostly keep to myself, though I do use the kitchen to cook a good bit. I consider myself to be pretty easy going, but just ask that there’s a mutual respect, and consideration for the other roommate. The home is also drug free, I drink on occasion, but drugs are a no for me. I have a golden retriever who’s as friendly as can be, and has never met a stranger. She’s very well behaved. I hope the person I live with will love her although I would never ask you to care for her. She comes to work with me most days. Rent is $675 and utilities are split down the middle.
