This spacious 2-story house is located in a very friendly & family-oriented area of Rancho Penasquitos. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom non-smoking residence with dual-paned windows, owned by amazing & helpful landlords. They unfortunately do not allow pets (i.e., cats & dogs) at this time. There is 1 separate bedroom to be listed. For this listing, we’re looking for a 4th person — someone responsible, respectful, not too loud, & able to clean up after themselves in the common areas. We try to be as tidy as possible, so it’s a no-shoes policy inside the house. One of the housemates is moving out towards the end of May so their unfurnished private bedroom will be open. This 11.5’x9.5’ room is located at the front of the house, so the window view faces a quiet neighborhood street. There is a sliding mirrored-door closet, & there is a ceiling fan with 4 lightbulbs. In the hallway, there is a full bathroom (shared with 1 Male and 1 Female) which includes a dual vanity sink, standard toilet, and a shower tub combo. All 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms are located upstairs. The main floor includes the kitchen (granite countertops), dining room, & living room. The step-down area leads to the sitting room/study room with a fireplace, wet bar, & a ½ bath. The garage currently fits one car due to the rest of the space being used for storage, but the driveway can comfortably fit two cars. There is also usually a decent amount of street parking for guests. Washer & dryer are located in the garage, as well. We have a very spacious backyard & mobile fire pit. Cost for utilities fluctuate from $60-$80 a month (internet, gas/electric, & water). There is central AC/heat. Trash & landscaping services are included in the rent. We currently do not have cable.
