The room is inside the house new floor and just painted. Great area right by hollydale park, the restroom will be shared with 1 more female that will rent another room here. It is a family home and looking for a clean responsible lady. We can share the kitchen and also washer and dryer. Month to month agreement.
About the roomies
I am a stay at home mom have 2 boys 19 and 17 that keep to themselfs, and my 73 year old dad. Our rooms are all the way to the back of the house. I have a small dog, but not accepting other pets. Hablamos español
