This clean, quiet, room is in the beautiful Pacific Palisades area of upper Pearl City. The south central Oahu location offers E-Z access to H1, via exit 10, and is just a short drive to Pearl Harbor, Camp H.M Smith, Ft. Shafter, Tripler, Hickam, MCBH, Bellows, and several other military bases.
Your secure and private room is located within a larger shared home that backs up to a park and features a modern kitchen, two full baths, and a high efficiency washer and dryer on site. Street parking, and the #53 bus stop, are only steps away. Off street parking may be available for an additional charge.
Utilities are only $150 per month and include: Electricity, Water, AC, WiFi, and Trash. Your room comes unfurnished but can be furnished for an additional charge.
Sorry, No Smoking and No Pets. Must have verifiable employment. This home is not qualified for Section 8.
About the roomies
