About the room
I have 2 rooms for rent. 1 Bedroom with walk-in closet and the other an extra-large room with a wall-to-wall closet in a brand new home community in Oakley, CA. Minutes away from Highway 4 and the new Antioch Bart Station Hillcrest Ave. The rooms have a ceiling fan, a personal fridge, and a microwave. Use of a new washer and dryer, plenty of street parking in a new neighborhood. We work from home, and It’s just my husband and myself. Monthly rent includes Wifi and Utilities (PG&E, trash, water). The rooms also are vacuumed, and the bathroom is cleaned 2x a month by a cleaning crew at no extra charge. We’re asking $850 monthly. $1250 for Couples. The security Deposit is $600.
About the roomies
We are a married couple. We do not have children so you don’t have to worry about noise. We both work from home.
