Spruce Street

Hi! I am looking to sublet my apartment for the months of June and July (with the possibility of the lease being extended with the property management). The apartment is located on Spruce Street in North Berkeley, about a half block from UCB campus and near downtown Berkeley. There’s a fully furnished living-room and a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. There’s also an onsite coin operated laundry and drier. The spot is for a single room with a shared bathroom. The neighborhood is made up of college students and family housing and is quiet. There is 2-hour street parking, an annual street parking permit can be obtained through the city of Berkeley. The apartment is a 3-5 minute-walk away from UCB campus, 7–15-minute walk away from a Andronico’s and Safeway, 15 minutes from Trader Joe’s, and is close to plenty of restaurants and other commercial stores. There is also a climbing gym with a weight room and some cardio equipment about 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Tilden Park is a short drive and Indian Rock Park is about a 3 mile walk round trip. The Downtown Berkeley BART station is about 7 minutes away and It’s close to multiple bus stops. One other roommate, he’s very cool guy. He is a student at UC Berkeley in the CS department. Clean, quiet but social, and just generally a good dude.
