Room has bedframe (so, you need to provide your own mattress), two small dressers and a built-in closet (with several hangers). Adjacent to the room is bathroom with bath tub, shower and toilet that you will share with a guest or future roommate who will occupy the room beside this room.
A spot inside the garage, and access to shared areas of the house: half-bathroom, kitchen/dining, living room, patio, and washer/dryer.
Built in 2022, this house is located at βThe Cove,β a resort-inspired community off West El Camino Avenue close to both I-5 and I-80 ramps. Conveniently and strategically located, it three miles away from Downtown Sacramento and within five miles away from the Sacramento International Airport and Amazon warehouses.
Owner pays for water, gas, electricity, WiFi, HOA, garbage collection, and monitored home security. No pets allowed. No smoking. Street parking and garage parking available. Access to shared areas of the house (as described above). Minimum of 3 months lease, 1-year renewable lease for up to 5 years. Renter is responsible for keeping all shared areas clean and tidy, and ensuring that fixtures are in good, working condition. Segregation of waste is a must- garbage (regular trash/landfill), organic (compost) and recyclable. Late fee is 5% of rent after 7 days of delayed payment. Lost key access card and lost garage door key fob will cost $50 each. Personal Check, Zelle and PayPal payments preferred.
