About the room
The apartment is a 950 sq.ft. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a balcony attached. The bedroom would be unfurnished with the common living space partially furnished. My last two living areas were furnished so I’m starting from stretch with furniture.
The apartment complex has a pool, on-site / street parking, on- site laundry, and located in a prime location in the North Cap Hill neighborhood close to Cheeseman park.

I’m currently looking for a clean, outgoing, and cool roommate to move into the second room of my apartment mid - May or June 1st.
I’ve been in the Colorado area the last 4 years and love everything about living out west. My weekends consist of hiking with my pup, camping, fly fishing, and of course skiing during the winter season. I’m looking for a roommate who enjoys living life!
As a roommate I respect the common areas, clean up my dishes, and like to keep the apartment nice and tidy. Im looking for someone who is similar in how they enjoy their living space!
