It is located in one of the safest cities in Tennessee, and in a safe development near many stores, and the 65 Freeway that takes you straight into downtown Nashville. Looking for someone who is kind, easy going, responsible, pays their bills on time, and is clean and organized. There is a community swimming pool in my subdivision. The cleaning/damages deposit is $800, which you will get back if you leave the home in the same condition as you found it. Please NO smokers, illegal drugs at the house, children, or pets. I was a biological science major out of high school to become a nurse practitioner. Then had some health changes in my life which led me to get my Masters Degree in psychology (a less physically demanding profession). I’ve volunteered & worked for several charitable Christian ministries. I was born & raised in California; I’ve lived all over the state from San Francisco to South Orange County where I attended grad school. I’ve also lived in other states. Some of my family moved to the Nashville area, so I decided to give it a chance. I’m renting rooms in my house to raise money for medical treatment to get rid of Borreliosis (Lyme Disease); it is NOT contagious. In reference to renters, I’m able to go with the flow in order to get along. My living area is on the main level of the house, and the renters area is upstairs. I have a 2nd full size refrigerator for the renters, & some extra space in the kitchen for dry food & a few cups, pots, & pans, etc… I like a very neat & clean house, but cozy as well.
