A newly constructed 2,300 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 2 story home, with an upstairs fully furnished private bedroom and private bathroom or a partially furnished private bedroom & bathroom for rent to a full-time professional female and/or a full-time student female. Males are welcome for short term stays (4 weeks or less) at $200 per week; if it goes well, then would consider males for a longer term stay. You must have a valid ID, a job reference, & a rental or mortgage reference. Free WiFi access. It is located in the 4th safest city in the entire State of Tennessee, and in a safe development near many stores, and the 65 Freeway that takes you straight into downtown Nashville. Looking for someone who is kind, easy going, responsible, pays their bills on time, and is clean and organized as in respectful of others in the home. I may be hosting a home Bible study 1-4 times per month in the near future. There are plans in the subdivision to build 2 swimming pools. The deposit is $750 for long term renters. Please NO smokers, illegal drug users, children, or pets. You must provide your own food, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. We share utility bills evenly amongst all living in the home for long term renters. Available June 1, 2024. I was a biological science major out of high school to become a nurse practitioner. Then had some health changes in my life which led me to get my Masters Degree in psychology (a less physically demanding profession). I’ve volunteered & worked for several charitable Christian ministries. I was born & raised in California; I’ve lived all over the state from San Francisco to South Orange County where I attended grad school. I lived in Washington for a few years.
Some of my family moved to Franklin Tennessee, so I’ve decided to give the Nashville area a chance. I’m renting rooms in my house to save money for medical treatment to get rid of Borreliosis; it is NOT contagious. In reference to renters, I’m able to go with the flow in order to get along. My living area is on the main level of the house, and the renters area is upstairs. I like a very neat & clean house, but cozy as well.
