Hi there! I’m renting out a furnished room in my newly renovated 2-bedroom house. The room has a private bathroom, ceiling fan, spacious closet, and large window overlooking the beautiful backyard. It’s also furnished with a double-height dresser drawer, bed with a box and mattress and sheets, small table and chair, and other items. All bills are included, plus free Wi-Fi and access to the free laundry room in the backyard. The house has an HVAC system and driftwood-style plank flooring. The full-sized kitchen has all the appliances you need. There’s also a spacious living room with a large TV, and more. And don’t forget the wood-burning pizza oven on the back porch! But the real gem is the backyard. It’s vast and fenced, with four ponds, a fire pit, an outdoor wet bar, and even a movie theater. There are also fruit trees, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Couples are welcome, but rent is $1,200/month plus $1,200 deposit for two people.
