All bills are included, plus free Wi-Fi and access to the free laundry room in the backyard. The house has an HVAC system and driftwood-style plank flooring. The full-sized kitchen has all the appliances you need, and I even make my own bread, pasta, and milk! There’s also a spacious living room with a large TV, a full body exercise machine, pull-up bar, and more. And don’t forget the wood-burning pizza oven on the back porch! But the real gem is the backyard. It’s vast and fenced, with four ponds, a fire pit, an outdoor wet bar, and even a movie theater. There are also fruit trees, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. I’ve also invested thousands of dollars in Aquaponics and Hydroponics gardening systems, so you can enjoy fresh, organic produce and Tilapia fish with minimal effort. I’m hoping to find someone who would be interested in taking part in gardening and enjoying fresh food. Couples are welcome, but rent is $1,200/month plus deposit for two people.
