Nice room for rent. House located near Main Street Claremore. Bathroom will be shared with 1 more roommate. There’s a twin size bed you’re welcome to use or you can bring your own. Wall mount available for tv. $550 includes utilities. Cox wifi gigablast available for an additional $30 Washer and dryer can be used once a week. Street parking. My requirements are first month and I do month to month with 14 day written notice.

We are a pet friendly home, there are 3 dogs in the house so that’s the max for Claremore. Dogs are very friendly. I’m picky with whom I bring into my house. I will be doing background check and I’m looking for a friendly and clean person. Male or Female. One person only, no couples or children.
