Madelyn's room

Private upstairs bedroom, shared bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. Located in Auburn near the river, hiking trails, and wildlife! Washer and dryer in unit, laundry room also on property by the swimming pool! HOA managed but very easy going. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, mostly young couples. Beautiful semi enclosed back patio for reading, eating, or just to chill in the green shade. 420 friendly outside only. Shared space is on the eclectic side so you probably should like color and a lit bit of fun clutter. ^_^ I keep the house at around 70 degrees year round for the health of my birdies.

I live with my 9 year old son who is in school/summer school while I work in Loomis. We leave at 7:30 every day and return at 2:30 and I work remote until 5:00 PM. We are both quiet, polite, and respectful of boundaries. I have a cat who is outside most of the time, but comes in and out of the house when we arrive home/depart, and 2 parakeets. Other cats allowed (Prefer indoor outdoor but indoor negotiable).
