About the room
This is a 3 bedroom house shared by my kid brother and I. 32 year old female, 19 year old male. Room is furnished with a full-size bed and a closet. Rent includes all utilities. We have a 2 year old pitbull she is friendly with dogs, people and children. We have a huge backyard that is fully fenced in good for grilling and a driveway that accommodates off street parking.
About the roomies
I work full time Monday- Friday from 7:30-4:30pm and my kid brother works nights mainly 3:00pm 10pm. We are cannabis friendly and we love to cook and host ppl with our huge yard and grill. Would be open to scheduled a meet to see if we are a good fit. Huge on cleanliness.
