Beach bungalow home one mile from the oceanside pier, close to shopping, dining, and street fairs. The house has a great courtyard for entertaining. The room is 13x12 (the room with the teal bedspread in the pictures is the featured room) and will have a queen-size bed with a premium mattress and bedding, a large closet, and a new 21-inch TV. No pets allowed. Stays are 1 to 8 months, priced at $1250 plus a $750 deposit. Utilities are included. The house is updated with new appliances and a new kitchen. Cleanliness is a must, and candidates should know how to keep shared spaces properly cleaned, not just wiped down. Pride in a clean environment and living space is expected.

The other two rooms are the owners’ rooms. The owner maintains a meticulously clean home and owns a bulldog. I am a semi-retired contractor and realtor, but is busy daily. I also have a studio ADU that I rent out as a short-term vacation rental via VRBO.
