No pets allowed. Stays are 1 to 8 months, priced at $1270 plus a $750 deposit. Utilities are included. The house is updated with new appliances and a new kitchen. The other two rooms are the owners’ rooms. The owner maintains a meticulously clean home and owns a bulldog. I am a semi-retired contractor and realtor, but is busy daily. I also have a studio ADU that I rent out as a short-term vacation rental via VRBO.
