Three male roommates in search of a male roommate for a completely furnished room available in a recently updated home in quiet neighborhood just south of Providence Mall in Mount Juliet. Single individuals only as we cannot accommodate couples or families at this time. We are 8 minutes to I-40, 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to either Lebanon or Murfreesboro, and 8 minutes to 840.

Home features fresh paint, new carpet, hardwood and tile floors, as well as ceiling fans. The bedroom includes wall mounted smart TV and mini fridge in room, with shared bathroom. You will have access and use to the common areas of the home which includes kitchen, laundry area, and living room, as well as the other amenities including large backyard, hot tub and private enclosed deck with gas grill. The front door has a keypad entry linked into security system, and your bedroom has a keyed doorknob for your personal security.

The home is totally furnished, just bring your clothes, personal items, and toiletries. New linens and towels are a part of your move in package and leave with you upon your departure. All utilities are included (electric, water, sewer, internet, and dish network package…AGAIN, UTILITIES INCLUDED). Perfect for short term flexible month to month commitment, someone possibly on a work rotation, grad student, traveling nurse, or someone looking for a place to land until they find a more permanent place.

Terms of the rooms are as follows: First months’ rent ($850.00) as well as an equal security deposit ($850.00) due upon signing month to month lease agreement. Thirty days written notice to end agreement. Security deposit to be returned upon inspection of premises when moving out. There is a onetime non-refundable fee of $75.00 for background and credit check, as well as a onetime linen fee. Room is available for immediate occupancy.

A little about us……We are three middle-aged, drama free, professional males. We are open to any professional, responsible and clean roommate; but whomever comes to live in our home MUST LOVE DOGS. The home has two Japanese Chin/Japanese Spaniel dogs that travel with owner extensively. This is a toy bred and ours are small and dainty. Although our fur babies are NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to care for, they are a part of our family, and our home. We currently have no more room for pets, even though we have much love in our hearts for all animals.
