Fisher's room

Its a single family home, 1050sqft with a living room, 2 car garage(primarily storage) , nice front and back yard and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood near Vista and Overland rd. Washer and dryer in the house, central heat and A/C. The shower is shared by everyone, the rest of the bathroom is shared just with Sid. There’s a shared bbq/smoker in the backyard. Yard maintenance and trash are included with rent. A $600 deposit will be due when you move in and you will have to be approved by our landlord (very chill). Rent is due the 1st of every month. You need to have general respect for the house, we want to stay friends with the landlord. We’re totally fine having guests over/basically anything within reason, we’re pretty laid back.

Our names are Sid and Fisher, we are guys in our early/mid 20’s. We’re both very active, Sid is big into skiing, biking and running and is a full time student. Fisher likes climbing, slacklining, skiing and juggling, and works full time.
