Laura's room

I live near Willy Street in a beautiful 2 bedroom/1 bathroom. It’s the full second floor of a house with a modern kitchen, full dinning room, and large and sunny living room. There’s also a small sunroom/three season porch.

The bedroom is 11x10 ft and would fit a full or queen bed (maybe king… idk), with room for a desk/bookshelf. It also has a large walk in closet.

15 minute bike or bus ride to campus. Easy walking distance from bars and restaurants in the Willy St area. About a mile to the capitol.

I am 27 and work as a high school teacher. Looking for other professionals or grad students around my age.

A bit about me:

• I play ultimate frisbee and love to hike, bike, kayak or do anything in nature!
• I love to cook and bake and would be excited to share meals with a roommate
• I am both social and a homebody. I spend some evenings out with friends, and others home on the couch.
• I am clean/neat and looking for likewise (at least in the common spaces)
• I go to bed fairly early for work, and would like a roommate who is communicative and respectful of noise in regards to each other’s schedules
• I love to host and have people over (especially for dinner and game nights). I’d be happy for you to join in when my friends come over, and to help host when your friends are over!
