Veazie Cumberland Road Southeast

Hello. The address is located close to Nolte State Park (Deep Lake). The lake is great for walking around. It is also great for swimming, kayaking and fishing. The house is on a half acre. The bedroom is on the opposite end of the main living area. You can enter your wing of the house through a side door. The room is furnished now but it doesn’t have to be. The house is quite spacious with several other rooms. There is a large upstairs loft you can use as well. The house is 2400 sq ft. There is a large kitchen. The house has 2 bathrooms but one is going to be remodeled soon. I do have 2 Labradors that spend most of the time in the front yard. Also, I have three indoor cats.

I am one of the two current residents . I am 60 years old. I am a concrete finisher and leave for work around 5am. I work 5 days a week and sometimes 6. Also, I am very active in my church so I am only home at specific times. I play piano and sing so I need to practice. I am the worship leader at my church. Ideally I would like to rent to a Christian. The Lord Jesus, by his grace, has set me from drugs and alcohol. I’ve been clean and sober for 20 years. In order to maintain my sobriety and a peaceful home environment, I require living alongside others who do not drink alcohol or smoke pot or cigarettes. The other housemate is a retired female. She also is clean and sober . She is very considerate of others. She does her part to maintain a clean household. She is an absolute pleasure to live with.
