1 Bedroom Condo. Family room area for rent. Couch pulls out to queen size bed, or bring your own bed. Can bring small dresser and hanging rack. Good for those who just want a space for cheap. Rent due 1st of month. Must like dog. Clean up after self and help around. Water, electric(unless increased), internet included. No cable. Must pass background check, paid by you. No room for children and no pets besides owners. Great for those who just need some place to stay temporarily or having life struggles (ie divorce, college, cheaper rent, etc…). Thank you!

Amenities will include parking and pool area. Condo backs to a beautiful pond and close to many shopping centers, warehouses, resturants. Lease minimal of 6 month stay. Have baby due in May FYI.
