About the room
My wife and I have a large downstairs bedroom for rent in our home here in West Covina, CA. We have a 1 year old so a renter with a kid is more than welcome. My wife would prefer a female renter.
Water, gas, and trash utilities (as well as WiFi) are included in the monthly rent price. electricity is also included within reasonable usage.
Living area, kitchen, both bathrooms, and backyard will be shared. There is space on the driveway for you to park a single vehicle.
You will also have access to washer and dryer. the house has central heat/AC that is ran when needed. Please no pets preferred but we may make an exception depending the situation. No smoking allowed inside of the residence. Send me a message if you are interested.
