Lease ends in 2 months (may), open to renewal. Room fits a full/queen bed. Has a closet and window, I recommend bringing curtains. It’s not a huge room but I’ll be as accommodating as I possibly can. Includes full speed panoramic internet (great for gamers).

Current roommate is not on the lease and is toxic/abusive. DM for more information. Wanting someone who is clean and can discuss issues like an adult. It doesn’t even matter I just want to feel a bit of comfort/safety in my own home. Open to anyone. I occasionally smoke, have no pets and spend most of my time at home talking to friends, watching TV or sleeping. CNA, I work overnights most of the time.
